We accept returns any time for any reason. We will provide a full refund if the return is made within 30 days of purchase, for non-sale items. For sale items, or any item returned after 30 days from the date of purchase, we offer a store credit for the full amount of the returned item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, never-washed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are not returnable.
To complete your return, simply go to our returns portal located here on our website.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once the returned item is verified, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days following the approval of your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your account for the method of payment originally used for your purchase. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. If you receive a sale item that is defective, or an item that was damaged in shipment, we will replace the item if we have a replacement in inventory. If we do not have a replacement in inventory, we’ll issue you a store credit for the sale price of the item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Simply log in to our returns portal here on our web site, and follow the prompts. Once the item is received back to us in original condition, we will quickly process and ship you a replacement item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and it was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit (store credit) for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original payment method used by the gift giver. We realize this may cause some inconvenience, but this policy is necessary to protect the accounts of our customers. We appreciate your understanding.
If your delivery address is in the continental United States, shipping is free. Shipping is also free for returns and exchanges of non-sale merchandise for US customers making returns or exchanges inside 30-days from the date of purchase.
For all other addresses, competitive shipping rates are quoted at checkout. For returns from customers outside the US, we do not have the ability to issue return labels for shipments originating outside the USA. Non-US customers wanting to return or exchange products will be asked to pay for return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Mail and courier services sometimes make errors and lose or incorrectly deliver packages. Unfortunately, we cannot and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
