If your delivery address is in the continental United States, shipping is free. Shipping is also free for returns and exchanges of non-sale merchandise for US customers making returns or exchanges inside 30-days from the date of purchase (see Returns tab for complete description).
For all other addresses, competitive shipping rates are quoted at checkout. For returns from customers outside the US, we do not have the ability to issue return labels for shipments originating outside the USA. Non-US customers wanting to return or exchange products will be asked to pay for return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Mail and courier services sometimes make errors and lose or incorrectly deliver packages. Unfortunately, we cannot and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
